We have a draft and a free agent system. Morris was a 3rd sting QB who was never good enough to break a starting lineup.

I am comfortable with Brisset as the 2nd string backup of the future with Luck's 

injury history. I think we can still be respectable with him under center. 

 

Tolzian will be 3rd string or off the roster when Luck returns in a few weeks.
