Wow. Gotta respect him for that second quote! He seems to have a good grasp on how to try and keep his job the right way. Starting to see Ballard really say things outside of the cliche, that are then followed up & backed up by his philosophy & most importantly, his actions. Starting to see a significant difference from Grigs, something I wasn't so sure about a week into FA...

Parry can be a solid rotational guy IMO. I think it's safe to say his starting days are over, unless Hankins gets hurt.
