Morris has never seen a regular season game.   I'm guessing that's the biggest issue.

True. That's a good point. I actually didn't take that into consideration. But looking at his in-game stats, they are horrible lol. His birthday is also tomorrow according to google. Can't cut a guy before his birthday right?

No Krunk,  Swoope is the guy who is smaller and slower, and gets tackled about as easily as Fleener.  Coffman made some tough catches and broke some tackles this pre-season.

 

Swoope hasn't even been good enough to get far enough to get bounced by another team.

 

And yes, Swoope will make the team and Coffman won't.

Yeah, I'm not arguing who should be the third TE.  Kind of a pointless argument.

 

In my preference for offensive scheme, I don't like TEs like Fleener, Gates, Graham, even Dallas Clark...TEs known for their pass catching more than their blocking, tough catches, and breaking tackles to get a first down.

 

Swoope seems like he's in the mold of the speedy TE...not the tough TE, so I prefer Coffman over him....based only on what I've seen this preseason.
