4:05 p.m. EST - 45 degrees and snow flurries (Just kidding!! Its San Diego: 80 degrees and partly sunny)

Andrew Catalon (who) and Steve Tasker on CBS -- over-under is 47

Raiders QB David Carr is 103 of 162 for 1,171 yards, 8 TDs and just 3 INTs

throwing to Amari Cooper (28 catches - 386 yards) and Michael Crabtree (27 catches - 318 yards)

Raiders don't run the ball..just 450 total rush yards all year..

..and they love yellow flags (44 penalties in 5 games)

SD QB Phillip Rivers is 177 of 253 for 2,116 yards (No. 1 in the NFL)

throwing to WR Keenan Allen (53 catches, 601 yards) also No. 1 in the NFL and TE Antonio Gates (18 catches in 2 games) Chargers don't run the ball either...just 519 rush yards in 6 games.

Chargers were down three O-linemen last week...but Raiders DE Justin Tuck is out for the year after an injury 2 weeks ago..

Normally a game between two sub-500 teams would be as exciting as the Benghazi hearings but neither team can run the ball...or wants to..

...The Chargers have kicked 11 field goals..which indicates that they break down a little in scoring territory but this is an 'over' begging to be taken...San Diego averages 433 yards a game...

...Take the over. Even if its 7-7 at the half, take the over

GO RAIDERS!!!!!!!!!

I am so happy to see Oakland winning games the way they did 20 years ago. For as much horror and pain they've endured, I can't help but root for those guys.

This is actually hilarious too. Green Bay gave up 500 passing yards to Rivers and let them crawl back, and the Raiders are pounding these guys into the ground.
