Haag is 6-2, 250 pounds and played the last two seasons with the Cedar Rapids Titans of the Indoor Football League.

For sure not designated to return. Probably will then be cut with some kind of injury settlement ?

I don't  think they even can use the "designate for return" until after the season officially starts.
