Generally I prefer man to zone and I would be comfortable in leaving Davis on an Island, but in regards to TE's ( in this case Ertz) I would prefer Zone with LBs.

We did play a lot of man coverage.... But we played 5 yards off of the WR.

We need to play "Tight man coverage".

I would be surprised if any team in the league plays more man coverage than we do. There may be a few teams that play about the same amount though.

Yeah I was shocked! Maybe we were scared of our CB's getting best deep but they ended up getting beat on half of the snaps anyway... Hopefully we go back to how we played last year! Like you said it gives our defense time to pressure the QB.

I agree but I think they like to play zone or soft-man because they like safeties sneaking up into the box.

Was our secondary really that bad ?? How many games does Manning get held to under 270 yards passing ?? Our offense lost the game !! The things they said they worked on ( 3rd down conversion and red zone offense) during training camp failed. I believe this will be corrected as soon as Monday night !!
