Glad we missed the SB

It does suck to lose the Superbowl, the loss to the Saints hurt. Wasnt a good day on my end, forced to watch the game with people I didnt like, spent tons on food and a whole day of cooking. Then my team loses.

Would I have rather they lost the week before ? No way.

Can't win it if you ain't in it.

I mean imagine being a player, your goal from day 1 is that game, do you wanna go there and give it all you got even if you come up short, or do you wanna lose early because you dont think you can win it ? Any given sunday any team can beat any other team. We have wins against both Superbowl teams this year, we had as good a chance as anybody.

I always thought the actual game is way overblown and winning the conference was the bigger deal.   

 

I think losing in the Super Bowl probably helps a team more than it hurts them. More motivation is never a bad thing.
