arians stepped in with no experience,less talent and did better job--------right now who would you rather have?

 

I love how Pagano gets no credit for last season. Despite the fact that he took the team through the offseason program, coached the first three games of the year, and set the overall tone for how the team would play. 

 

Arians did a great job, and deserves credit as well. But he was tasked with executing Pagano's vision.
