This is interesting. Broncos want to recoup part of Miller's bonus. Not sure about what the CBA says when a player is susended.

Virtually every prior news report that discussed the amount of money he will lose has already taken this into account. I thought it was a given. As the story even points out, the Broncos aren't doing anything new nor being overly aggressive, they are just following league policy as anticipated. 

 

The only new "fact" here is that Miller met with PA attorneys again. The rest is Shefter is putting a juicy slant on it - what a surprise.

Why? That's why there are 2 unions...A players union & ownership & a new 10 year CBA. To protect your money. I would capitulate nothing willingly. This isn't Mr. Rogers Neighborhood here.
