I read next year the NFL will penalize emotion.

All I've heard is there is no joy allowed. After a touchdown the player must hand the ball to the official, walk over to the opposing team and shake every player, coach, FO member, and ball person's hands. He will then walk, not run, walk to his sideline and sit on the bench, no conversing with teammates.

And the cheerleaders aren't allowed to shake their pom-poms!   They are allowed to shake other things.  C'mon people not that but they're allowed to shake the tassels hanging from their uniform.
