1.Bringing in Pep Hamilton...I expect that hire will really help Luck.....I also like that he never looks to be satisfied with the talent he finds, He is always looking for more

2.Signing RJF to 22 million dollar contract with what looks to be fully guaranteed instead of a incentive deal with a roster bonus and with some form of workout bonuses
