NFL.com asked 5 NFL personnel execs who they think is the safest prospect for the upcoming draft....    note, some are juniors and may not come out....

Billings has said he plans to return to school, but I found it interesting one of them picked him. I do think he's a tremendous athlete, and a future 1st round pick, but I'm surprised to see him as someone's choice for the "safest" pick.

I'm definitely on board with the Jaylon Smith pick.  Dude has been a stud all year.

If we don't make the playoffs, Smith is my dream pick. Amazing player that fits today's NFL.

If it weren't for the Anderson pick, it would be Buckner. He's going to be a star.

Tunsil would be awesome but he'll be gone in the top 3, I think.

Haven't watched Billings enough to judge.
