17th game opponent

Who will the 17th game be against?  

 

We currently play 6 games against our division and 4 against 1 other division in the AFC and 4 against a division in the NFC.  Our 2 remaining games are against the teams in the remaining AFC divisions that finished in the same place in their division as us.  


Will the 17th game be against an NFC team that finished in the same place in their division as us?  This would be my guess.

Will the 17th game be against an NFC team that finished in the same place in their division as us?  This would be my guess.

That would be my guess, although it wouldn't surprise me if the NFL left it as a matchup that they dictate.  If the Colts do sign Rivers, the NFL could arrange so the Colts play the Chargers.
