With so many different opinions of Ballard's picks in the draft so far keep this in mind, in 2011 the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award was awarded to Andrew Luck. Who got it the year before? Scott Tolzien! So relax on Ballard's picks because you just never know at draft stage who will be what.

I get your point, but you have to realize that the award is for senior college QBs based on their on and off the field performance.  

 

It has has nothing to do with how they think they’ll perform as a pro.  Less than half of them end up being good pros.  

 

Your point that expectations dont always pan out is certainly valid, for any position and any round of the draft.  JaMarcus Russell and Tom Brady are living proof.
