I was never impressed by him.  He is an average DB.  Nothing special.  He is not a #1 CB.

Yeah the Raiders are in the spotlight alright, the spotlight of perhaps p#@##ing off a bunch of Raiders fans this year.

Reading between the lines Melvin didn't feel respected or appreciated. IMO thats why he is gone. Hey he played well the last 1 1/2 years here, but load up the brinks truck!!?? I think not!!
