Maybe Irsay was purposely being evasive. If they haven't taken any measures to prepare for Luck being out, then that should be good news. If he was going to miss many games, it seems that the team would have taken appropriate action for it. At least that's I think about it.

Just because they haven't taken steps that the fans would like doesn't mean they haven't taken steps.  They have prepared Tolizen to be the starter.  I realize that's not popular, and frankly not my first choice either, but they have prepared for it.
