Chip Kelly as OC would be interesting. I don't think he'll get another job as a HC so this would fit him. If this doesn't happen, he may go back to college

Raiders need more than one successful season to put it together. Just look at the panthers. One season to the playoffs even with Carr doesn't mean anything. Do again next year and we may have something.
