Colts contacted for Harvin trade

While I'm concerned about Irsay allegedly imposing his desire to "make a splash," I am relieved that this trade never came to fruition. I am hoping that there was never any real traction on this one, even for a late round pick. We can't absorb Harvin's exorbitant contract.

Unlike others, however, I would have been very interested in Harvin in FA. Granted, my conditions for acquiring him would be considered unrealistic. I would take him for the vet min to become our full time return specialist! I would love nothing more than to humble Harvin by offering a vet min for a chance to be a game changing return man . I love every aspect of our team at the moment, but adding athleticism and a spark to our return game could have been exciting lol.

Can you imagine if Wayne for Harvin went through?!?!? Half of LOS might have been empty in protest, Fleener would have been kind of interesting but Fleener is a much better locker presence.
