I'm really liking the quality of depth that this team has.

There's a bunch of guys who are normally backups, but due to injuries and suspensions, they are really getting a handful of experience, which is huge in my book.

We have guys like.

Mathis, Ballard, Thomas and Howell all on IR. I expect them all to return.. Except for Thomas, since Mewhort and Thornton have been playing well.

Guys like Kerr, Newsome, Brown, Reitz, Louis, and a few others are getting a lot of playing time.. And for the most part, they are playing well.

Grigson has done a phenomenal job with finding depth at nearly every position.. And I feel comfortable if we end up cutting Donald Thomas, Landry.

I hope we resign Reggie and Bradshaw.

Moncrief can replace Nicks, while Redding will most likely retire.

We should be loaded with cap space and I expect Grigson to make a few minor additions, and hopefully with a solid draft.. We should have a pretty stacked roster for next season.
