The 5 guys that were starting (have started) will be a top tier line by seasons end with more time together. Costanzo is a big beast and Mewhort and Shipley set the tone with their effort. After watching a couple of last seasons games, then this seasons, it's night and day -- especially in the run blocking.

Mewhort is a beast.  He has a mean streak, is smart, and is strong.  And he has a perfect linemens name.  It is like Dick Butkus for a LB.

I agree 100%. This is the key. When we get into the playoffs and need to control the game, we have not had much success. With our newly improved offensive line play, and bigger formations, we have a legitimate chance to enjoy a deep post season run.
