Luck makes it to the semifinals in the madden cover vote.

I dont want Luck to win b/c of the curse. But if he does, I will buy the limited edition copy of Madden. I'll never open it and save it until dvd based games are antiques like vinyl records. I'll download the game to my drive to play it. I'm a hardcore Madden player.

Ridiculous? What does "being half the football player" have to do with a Madden Cover? How many players on the Madden Cover won the Super Bowl the year they was on the cover? None. So who cares, its just a cool way to involve fans in a major decision, It couldn't be telling us who the best player for a year that hasn't even started yet is. Heck, Payton Hillis was on the cover recently. 

I don't "care" that much, it's just a video game. My world isn't crushed because Kaepernick out voted Kuechly,  I'm just expressing my opinion because I am one of those fans involved in that "major decision". I happen to feel that Kaepernick is overrated and not as deserving to be on the cover as Kuechly.

I also am in the Carolina's like you and Carolina is my nfc team as well. I think Luck can bet Cam, and I've been voting for Kap only because I think he would be easier to beat in the finals then Sherman.  Being a colts fan in NC is very hard especially with all the NE and Steelers fans around,..  (in a whisper) there everywhere....

hahaha how correct you are. There are so many NE/Steelers fans here, even Browns and Redskins are popular as well. I give respect to the Browns fans though, they've been through a lot.

 

Luck could beat Cam, I just think Cam will win. I've been voting for Kaep as well so Luck can beat him. I don't believe in the madden "curse" and think it would be awesome to see Luck on the cover.

It's gonna be Newton vs Sherman.

When Calvin Johnson won the cover vote 2 years ago he only beat Cam 52.7% to 47.3% in the finals.

A majority of hardcore NFL fans around the league may dislike Cam, but the kids who vote for these things absolutely love him.

I agree that Sherman will win in the end.  I think Luck has a slim chance over Newton.  Not sure what all the love is for Newton really.  I can see it for Sherman who has been in the media more than any other player all offseason.  People will be playing him and picking off lots of passes on Madden.
