I disagree with point #2 to this degree: He barely has a season of coaching under his belt. I believe he is and has made some rookie mistakes in how he manages his staff and game, I still say give him some leash to learn from those mistakes, if he continues, then I will jump on that bandwagon, right now I am chalking it up to inexperience.

 

I also disagree with point #4: T.Y. was and is supposed to be our field stretcher, can't stretch the field with no blocking, and no other WR threat, you simply man him up with safety help over top. We no longer give teams a reason to use that safety for anyone else. Could he develop an under game, yes over time he possibly could....and I think the team needs to press that issue with more urgency than before, but as of yet, they have not.
