The problem with blaming the run blocking is that all of the other Colts rushers have done very well. In fact Donald Brown has never looked better. All we can do is hope that Richardson's YPC. improve. Hopefully, he can find better rhythm with the offensive line with more time. So far his performance has been disappointing. In the Bronco game almost 50% of the snaps were going to Brown. Brown started the second half. That was very telling.

In a rare apples to apples comparison Donald Brown got a few series against Denver and did worse head to head (2.0 ypc) than Richardson.

And Luck doesn't really count, very few of his runs are by design.

TR needs to improve, but I'm not worried at this point. He's faced mostly elite defenses so far, and he never had Donald Thomas at guard.
