Need A Rule Change For Next Year

Since a player can get penalized for taunting by pointing a finger at the opponent's bench (one example) why aren't visiting teams penalized when they run out onto the home team logo and just stand there in defiance to not only of the home team but of the home fans? The ironic thing is the two times I saw it the visiting team got hammered.

He went out there but I don't recall him pretending to pee on it. If I was a HC I would warn my players they will not do it and if they do they might sit for a game.
