I bit surprised with Schumer's firing with just 2 years in.

I don’t think anyone else is going to get the same amount of time Tom got as the HC for the Giants.  The trend right now with the coaching position in the NFL seems to be give us big results quickly, or you’re out. It’s a shame because he seemed excited to work with Jones and help to make the team better. Possibly fan outcry/frustration played a part as well.
I don’t feel as bad about Kitchens firing, he definitely did not have the leadership skills needed to coach those guys. But it is going to be tough with all the staff shifting on the Browns. Just saw on Fox Sports that the Browns GM is out as well. They have a long way to go towards stability on that squad.
