Arian Foster goes into a bit more detail on the mini rant I went on a few days ago in a thread about reading blocks as a RB and blocking a defender in the run game. Its a short video from back in 2014. Key words "you wanna take advantage of his leverage". Mewhort and Castonzo are the most consistent right now at getting that leverage. I believe that leverage is often times but not always predetermined before the snap of the ball is even made from watching the All 22.

 

I figured this was as good a place as any to post this video since it involved the run game though not directly Colts related
