No different than any other situation. Let the judicial system handle transgressions of law.  Any policy about personal conduct should be  enforced only after a judge or jury has decided guilty or not guilty.

 

For the NFL to weigh in, or anyone else, is just a ploy to grandstand about their higher than thou moral opinion of themself.....for the purpose of drawing attention to themselves or their cause.....meaning, they grandstand to collect more money and use the people and families as pawns to raise cash for "awareness" (and eventually their new Cadillac).
