This is about trying to avoid so-called scouting group-think.  

 

The first half of the story is mostly Grigson....   some very good stuff in there...

 

Man,  do I like this guy....   my Grigson Man-Crush grows even stronger every time I read a story where he's quoted....

There is no way I could do it that way either.  I like judging the players on the techniques of each position...following it up with game film.... This is a nice article.  Thanks for sharing NewColtsFan!!!
