sb41champs
The Polian regime built a team roster primarily by the NFL draft - and - signing select "mid-tier" free agents. Do you think that is the best blueprint for the Grigson - Pagano regime - OR - would you suggest a different approach ?? CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND BONUS: Of the remaining 4 teams who have advanced to the championship round - which is the biggest surprize ??
UKColt13
I have always been a big believer in building a team through the draft. I see FA as more of a way of plugging holes. Polian did this but just drafted offensive weapons and pass rushers, his scouting sucked.I'd say Atlanta, never thought they would get past Seattle. Coltsfanman1953
It seems like you can never buy your way to a championship. Drafting seems to work the best. Baltimore, it seems whenever someone retires or there has been some type of calamity and they play the COLTS, they seem to do really well.
BOTT
You want to build thru the draft but u can't totally ignore FA like polian did much of the time.....he had a admitted disdain for it
