Kick and Punt Returner

With all of Hull (knee), Downs (knee), Flowers (Achilles) and Dulin (knee) coming off of injuries I wonder if CB will target a WR or DB who can be a returner and provide depth?

 

The guy that comes to mind for me is Donovan Peoples-Jones. 
 

Thoughts?

Doubt any team that would draft Cooper in the first round would want to use him as a return specialist.  Rather have a backup player assume that role.

 

see DB Dee Williams (Tennessee) - probably go UDFA

 

After 12 games he was ranked 5th.  Had 18 PR for 264 yards with a 14.7 average.

 

Next year for return specialist keep tabs on:

WR Brashard Smith, Miami, FL.

WR Drae McCray, Texas Tech

WR-F Jacob De Jesus, UNLV

Look at WR Anthony Gould from Oregon State and his profile. He tested very well at the combine with his numbers and is one of those sneaky little return guys that might be a good WR4/5 that can also serve as a return specialist.
