I’m not sure how many of us understand how hard these guys really work.    Pretty awesome to see this kid putting in the effort

I know a lot work hard, but it's also a well paid job :-)

But I agree, love seeing him fight to get back.

Then, to you, it would't matter if the Colts begin the season with it's current O-Line that is 5 proven talents or 5 other guys who are unproven.

It would not matter to you if the starting WILL backer is Leonard (who is proven) or some one else who is not proven.

It would not matter to you if the starting QB is Luck (proven) or Kelly (unproven).

It wouldn't matter to you if the GM is Chris Ballard, or me.

And concerning the current WR corps, I never said "I discount them altogether".

Wow, haven't gotten on the forum in a long time. Anyways, that's not what "proven talent" means. I want Leonard to be the WILL cause I think he'll be better than some random dude. I want Luck to be the starting QB because I think he'll be better than Kelly. And I want Chris Ballard to be the GM because I think he'll be better than you. But I don't shy away from making a change if I think a replacement is better than the Status Quo, simply because of a vague, inherent risk of change. There is an inherent risk of change in everything. Unless someone can prove to me that the replacement won't be that much better than the SQ, if at all, or unless someone can prove to me that it's a risky change whose costs outweigh the benefits, I will continue to push for a change if I think that the replacement player is better than the SQ player.
