There is something going on...Still not throwing?? They can't say for certain he won't need  another surgery till that happens...Much like the McDaniels situation where there is smoke there usually is fire..

We know as much as them, and won’t know anything concrete until he either throws without pain or not.  

Dr. David Chao is the only name I have heard speaking on this.  I heard his comments straight from his mouth, via NFL Network, and I read Dr. Chao's article on the subject.  If there are other doctors, who like Chao, have not been involved in Luck's rehab, then they are just like Chao, offering nothing but their educated, but potentially unfounded opinions.

 

I just read the Bleacher Report article.  All it is doing is quoting something Mort allegedly said via some other reporters Twitter, in saying that the throwing program might reveal that another surgery might be required.  Well, duh, that is what Dr. Chao has been saying ... that IF there is a setback during the throwing program, then additional surgery might be required.

 

There is ZERO new news here for Mort.  He's just spitting out what Dr. Chao has been saying, which is just speculation.
