Marcus Davenport

I was reading an article today by Albert Breer. He mentioned Marcus Davenport. He is a from UTSA but sounds like a guy who is on his way to becoming a top 15 pick. He is 6-7 and a very good athlete.

Saw that too.     Never heard of him before this story.      And there was good 411 on Nelson,  Edmunds and James.

A note of caution:    It IS the silly season of the NFL now....    and lots and lots and lots of NFL people lie a LOT this time of year.     They love to muddy the waters on player evaluations.   It's often very hard to know which info to believe and which to be a bit suspicious of.....

Yeah, I've been hearing that name in draft podcasts as a potential riser and small school pass-rusher that might jump up draft boards. I didn't know they consider him top 15 pick though. Damn... Have to watch him play some...

I just watched film on the dude. Definitely kills it against the smaller schools but looked pretty average in my opinion in some of their bigger games. I'd take Bradley Chubb over him.
