The fact that the interior of the OL was our off season focus and we end up with Blythe starting at RG.  That screams incompetence to me. Watch him vs odd fronts and the bigger DT's at Iowa  he wasn't strong enough to play the pivot on Sunday let alone OG. No reason to roster a pure back up C poor roster construction, lack of forethought,  just stupid whatever you want to call it. 

 

I have not been a Grig's basher but the mess he's created at his point of focus is very concerning. We continue to draft slow LB's who can't cover. Morrison is another and that was a 4th rounder tossed away. You gotta be able to run for a guy who looks at speed seemingly everywhere else. We make no attempt to address the pass rush. Heck it's so bad we are excited by Maggitt. I even hear people saying wait until Butler gets back. Really? Krunk do they still think he can play outside?
