Round 1 - Jack Conklin RT/RG

 

Would be a day one starter at either RT or RG and provide a significant upgrade at either spot. Good run blocker and flat out doesn't allow sacks. 

 

Round 2 - Kamalei Correa OLB

 

Great fit as a pass rushing OLB, which I believe to be our biggest need. 

 

Round 3 - Scooby Wright ILB

 

I am very high on Wright and think his lack of athleticism is overrated. ILB is a spot where instincts and positioning is much more important than how fast you run. Incredible at diagnosing plays and provides blitzing ability from inside. 

 

Round 4 - Adolphus Washington DE

 

Washington has a chance to drop this far only because of how stacked the group is and some minor character concerns. And I still doubt that he does. In another draft with less depth, I see him as a late first, early 2nd. Very solid against the run and as a 34 pass rushing DE.

 

Round 5 - Isaac Seumalo C/G

 

Talented, smart and tough. Coaches son who is both physically gifted and has good technique. Plays with a bit of nasty as well, which I love inside.

That is a great draft. We could get a corner or a rb in the 7th round and look very good going into next season.
