Now how do you feel about the OP's supposition that Grigson is intentionally tanking for some nefarious purpose... Maybe he is trying to get Pagano fired...  Would he/Irsay be upset if there is now plenty of Ammunition there to justify Pagano & Staff being replaced?
 

 Really, with our Team so lacking in so many places after 4 years of Grigson, wouldn`t it make sense to Not give Grigson the keys to hire another Coaching staff and have his last year be his own make it year?
 

 My hunch is that Irsay has been Close with Grigson as to some of the critical Personnel failures.
 If so, how does he look Grigson in the eye and fire him??

Yes,  Scott McGloughlin is his name.    And before that, he helped build the 49ers that did so well under Harbaugh.      But that goes against YOUR argument that Snyder is deliberately building a bad team so he can lose bets.      That doesn't help your argument,  it hurts your argument.    And Cousins was drafted the same year as the Skins drafted RG3.
