I'm not the least bit surprised at how well Derek Carr is playing - he will give us fits for years to come.  We watched him develop at Fresno State.  He makes wise decisions, is careful with the ball and has a deep bomb ball with incredible touch.  

 

If he played in any other division I'd be able to root for him, LOL!  So in our family we root for Derek, not his team.

Lol your hate blinds you. Timmons and Shazier will be one of the best duo ILB and Dupree is going to be a great pass rushing LB. That's not even talking about their great role players in Spence, Jones, Moats, and Harrison.

So the steelers not having their whole offense and backup QB doesn't skew that?

They haven't been bad. They have a weak secondary but they are far from bad. I remain that their Dline is top 10 and their LB Corp is top 5 maybe even top 3.

The Steelers have allowed only 20.2 points per game this season, and it took nine games for a team to score 30 against them. There's a reason why the Steelers are 5-4 despite having their offense annihilated by injuries.
