Back when Luck was drafted he missed some OTA time because of classes prior to graduation. Does anyone know if Anderson/Parry will have to do the same?

I have no idea Farns01. It's a good question though. Sorry I can't shed any more light on this issue for you. I like what CR91 said in the previous post. It's a distinct possibility. 

 

I always wonder how hard it is to go back & finish college credits after a prolonged period away from classes & exams. I like to plow thru & just finish, but I don't blame any athlete for getting a nice slice of financial pie either.

 

If you have the talent, why not pursue access to better life & put school temporarily on the back burner? You should always get your degree eventually though just for peace of mind & something to fall back on if your NFL career is over sooner than anticipated. Just thinking outloud I guess.

When you're the #1 pick in the draft, you can afford to take the time to finish your classes and graduate on time. When you're Anderson and Parry, you have to be in camp, grinding every day to fight for a place on a suddenly very competitive D-line.

If my memory serves me correctly about Luck's graduation time.   NFL policy says OTA's will not interfere with Finals or the actual graduation.  I remember reading Luck studying the playbook after classes.  Found this link with an explanation.

it's very hard and you have to be Einstein smart to pull it off -- anyone going to stanford is already off the charts smart, so yea, it was easy for luck.  he is a book-smart genius anyway.
