FOX - 1 p.m. EST

Low 40s ..light rain should end by game time.

The debut of Cleveland multi-media superstar and world famous backup QB Johnny Manziel.

No truth to the rumor that all early starting NFL games Sunday will be delayed one hour so players, coaches

and their familes can all watch together when Johnny finally gets to start.

Must win for Cleveland (7-6) which has only a tiny playoff shot if they finish 9-7.

Bengals were favored by one until Cleveland decided to start Johnny

No truth to the rumor that NFL commissioner Roger Goddell will allow Cleveland to win all playoff tiebreakers if they continue to start Johnny.

Johnny takes over for Brian Hoyer (236 of 426, 55%, 11 Tds, 12 INTs) who got Clevaland in position to make the playoffs but now will never start ever for anyone again, will quit the NFL and will appear on Celebrity Apprentice next fall.

Cincinatti (8-4-1) needs a win to stay ahead of Baltimore (8-5) and Pittsburgh (8-5) in the AFC North.

Bengal QB Andy Dalton, who is glad his team didn't draft Johnny, has 15 TD passes and 13 interceptions.

Cincy WR AJ Green, who has never met Johnny, needs 90 yards to reach 1,000 ..and he'll go against all-pro

cornerback Joe Haden, a friend of Johnnys.

The Cincy defense has allowed 4,911 yards over 375 per game. Good news for Johnny.

Clevaland averages just 3.6 yards a rush, which wont help Johnny...

The Browns crushed Cincy 24-3 last month..but that was without Johnny.

Over-under is 46....and this probably goes under due to the uh, lets just say, unpredictable aspect of

Johnny and that red-headed guy 'what's his name' starting for Cincy.

and if Cleveland wins, Johnny Manziel will be named league MVP Monday

NFL Network keeps showing the best highlight reel you'll ever see. It was that TD drive against the Bills which brought the score from 20-3 Bills to 20-10 (he proceeded to play bad afterwards). Not even Joe Montana, Dan Marino, and Johnny Unitas combined could've strung together that drive.

(That Manziel drive, though, seriously, was the ONLY thing talked about after the game).
