Grigson building a Special Teams monster?

Recommended Posts

One of the boxes Ryan seems to be checking on his newest acquisitions is special teams.  It has been a long time since the Colts had excellent coverage on kicks and punts.

Sergio Brown got some buzz last year as a ST Pro Bowler.  Colt Anderson has a great ST rep; Philly fans have mentioned this.  Draft pick Jonathan Newsome was enthusiastic about ST in his interviews; his skill set translates well to special teams.

Loucheiz Purifoy has experience as a gunner. Andrew Jackson and Dewey McDonald could both be special teams monsters.  Add Josh McNary, Josh Gordy, and the ADONGO from our present roster, and we may be looking at special team coverage like a stampede of wildebeests.

You forgot to mention our last line of defense and the most dangerous of them all...
