I watched that one from my home in Atlanta at that time.  My wife and I were jumping up and down and she was tearing up in disbelief.  My little boy slept through our noise. 

 

"And the Colts are going to the Super Bowl!!!!!"    was the quote from the announcer as Marlin Jackson intercepted and just fell down on his back on the turf.    Man, that was a great game and I would have loved to have been there.

It was incredible. I don't know if I have ever been to a louder game (Im sure I haven't). It was so appropriate being in the Dome as well. I feel like I had been waiting my whole life for that.......and I almost had since I was born in 1980. When I was 5, my dad bought a VHS for the Colts 84-85 season in review (and the original white pony hat)......been hooked ever since.

I bought tickets in 403, but decided to give them to a good customer/friend who has never been to a Colts game. Nothing can top the AFC Championship game against the Pats for me......figure I can miss one.

We try to make a trip to Indy from near Rochester NY once a year. Went to the Phins game this year. Been to both AFC Championship games as well. Ears still ringing from 2006 AFCCG. Will be pacing (and drinking beers) in my living room this afternoon. Go Colts!

I won't be at the game unfortunately, but I will be downtown.  Not sure where at yet, perhaps Kilroys.
