But Reggie not getting TDs isn't anything new. He's played 12 seasons, and  7 of them he has had 6TDs or less. 

 

 

 

By the way, that's part of what my point was. Reggie has never been a big TD guy (it's probably the biggest thing that will keep him out of the HOF). So his five TDs in 2012 aren't indicative of any decline.

I don't know.  It's hard to predict when he'll decline because his game does not depend on athleticism.  What makes Wayne great is his football IQ, hands, and crisp route running.  He doesn't use speed, height, or physicality to produce.  And players like that tend to last a long time, no matter the sport.  Look at Tim Duncan, another vet who was written off as "old" by the media.  I would say, if a serious injury was to happen to Reggie, than i could see him declining or might even gone, but until then we can expect the same hard hat Reggie.

Like TKnight said. We would have failed to improve as an offence if Reggie has another great year as we saw this past season. As for declining, let's hope 87 doesn't decline. I hope he can play until 39-40, but health is the question of course.

He was such a talent. I'm almost bitter teams won't give him a shot. I mean, who goes out on the heels of a 1000 yard/9 TD season? Unless his knee is actually worse than he says it is...
