HOME: 1955 Blue Helmet with the Horseshoes or an "I" on the sides (No Stripe). One gold star as a horseshoe grommet for every super bowl win. Home Jersey: Another white strip or two on the shoulders.  Blue pants grey socks to match the face mask. (I hate the cheap white socks over the knee length socks look)

 

Another thought would be to put the State of Indiana flag features/layout on a solid blue helmet...

AWAY: Oregon "Vapor White" uniform...Replace the Green with grey and grey socks, white/silver shoes with a glossy white helmet/grey face mask and a silver Horseshoe on the back. Maybe grey stripes where those feathers are...

 

 

Also like the idea of spelling out INDY on silver helmet (Like UCLA in spelled out on their helmets)

As a suggestion to Mods... maybe you can just pull the threads that appear every year with this same debate, and just repost it at the beginning of each offseason, thereby saving everyone all the time and effort to recreate it over and over again...

I like the '55 jerseys for alternates. Not the I on the helmet stuff, Horseshoe with a golden star, or the Indiana flag.

 

In my opinion we only need two/three jerseys.

I like the all white's better than the home, but I'm a fan of all one color. If we wore all blue at home, I would probably like that better.

TRADITION!!!! love it, no one cares for it anymore cept the very few... glad to be a part of it

 

Horse apples... If the colts decided to do a Blue-out...or get the blues for one game next year, you would be thrilled.
