When are season tickets mailed

I am a first time season ticket holder. Does anyone know when they get mailed out? Also, are the pre-season games included in the package? I've been trying to call the ticket phone number on the Colts web site, but it keeps being busy and I'm just getting anxious for the season to start.

I got an email from rep yesterday that they are in the Hands of Fed Ex and should be out between Friday and Monday

Congratulation on becoming a season ticket holder. They will come Fed-Ex within the next week. Two preseason games and eight regular season games are in your package.

If we make the post-season you will be given the option to purchase the playoff tickets. If we get in and then get eliminated in the first game you then have the option of recieving a credit towards next seasons tickets or a refund. I take the credit as the refund would get to you about the time the payment is due for next season (see how they work it LOL).
