I too had not heard of this. Terrible. My condolences to his family and to that of the second person who died in the crash. RIP

My Dad died in a plane crash, when I was 13 years old, it just shows how family's lives can change in an instant, if you are well known are not. something to keep in mind how quick life can change. so, cherish the day.

Russ was quite the Pro Wrestler as well, his dad was legendary Promoter Ed Francis who owned 50th State Big Time Wrestling which he later sold to the Rock's Grandfather "High Chief" Peter Maivia.
