He seems like he could be good but the last good DC the Colts had was Meeks.

I have read where he is well respected with the Boys' players and Supe posted an impressive coaching tree of which he learned from.  I am hopeful that he decides to play 3/4 as well as 4/3 depending on match ups and other situations.  If he decides to go 4/3 at least Sheard, Woods, Hankins, and Hunt have played in it at the pro level.  Simon seems to be a good fit as the SLB in that scheme and possibly Walker is fast enough to take the weak side.   Morrison should be able to play the MIKE but I would rather him be the back up at best..lol.  Now I am only speaking about front 7 players that are signed through next year...re-signing potential FA's and signing UFA's and drafting will factor in.  Should be interesting.
