Broncos sign IU's Richardson

I wasnt sure Bobby Richardson would make it in the NFL....

This will be his 3rd team.....and they need help in the D-line..

 

He's undersized but I think he's a better rusher than runstopper so maybe he'll get some playing time.

Well he better learn how to stop the run because Denver was vulnerable this year to the run. The losses along the DL hurt them a lot.

They only lost 2 players. (malik Jackson being one)

..a lot of Denver's problem was...they were constantly behind early last year.

 

But that;s not the point.....The Broncos do a heavy rotation on the D-line so Richardson will get a chance...

he had a half dozen sacks his final year at IU

That's no minor loss but I think that Phillips defense that is always attacking and the scheme they run in general is susceptible to a strong running game...minus a stud like Jackson and I thought Wolfe missed time but I could be wrong but that team is vulnerable in the run game. I think teams were figuring that out. Why throw against that secondary and pass rush when you can control the middle of that DL...then put that defense in a situation where they can't be so aggressive before throwing on them.

We know this forum has the back of any IU guy no matter where he signs or how good he is.

 

I never liked Richardson but I've been wrong about IU players before.

I probably tend to overrate IU guys.

I thought Cody Latimer would be a star. So far. He's only a star on special teams
