Coaching contracts

I know that with the players you have a salary cap that determines your roster but what about coaches? With bringing in Chud last year and Philbin this year it has me wondering how this works. We also had Moore as an associate a few years when Caldwell was the OC. Do coaches contracts count against the cap or are they separate. If they are separate then is their also a cap on them or is the owner aloud to hire as many as he wants and pay coaches whatever he  can afford?

Coaches salaries do not count against the salary cap. That is only for players, so the limit is only what Irsay wants to spend.

As far as I know, coaches can get paid whatever the owner wants to give them and there are no cap implications for it.
