First time since 97-98...

You know, it used to be this team under Grigs and Pagano would win a lot of games and dominate the division, but then when they faced an elite team in the playoffs they would get tarred and feathered.  Then it was we could still win a decent amount of games but winning the division was tough, and we still faltered against elite teams in the playoffs (Pats).  Now we can't even win this bad bad division.  That is regression any way you want to slice it!  Last year they had a "free pass" because of Luck's injury.  Now we see this team for what it really is, too old defensively and too many missed draft picks, and I think Chuck has lost this team no matter what they say in public.  Some of the recent comments by T.Y., Gore, and some of the defensive players lead me to believe that they have lost their way and Chuck can't fix that.  It's time for a change.  One more game and then cut bait and look for the next GM and HC.

 

The problem is........I dunno if I trust Irsay enough to bring in the right guys.

Likely 8-8 two years in a row,  and in one of them the Colts were without their starting QB for 9 of the 16 games.

 

And people think going 8-8 that year without Andrew Luck for all that time was a bad season.

You folks are spoiled.      Frankly, spoiled rotten.      You don't know how good you've had it.     You don't know how worse it could be.       

 

You may get your wish.      Maybe Irsay cuts Grigson and Pagano loose.    But that doesn't guarantee that things will get better.      They might,  but that's not a guarantee.

 

Be careful what you wish for....     you might just get it.

 

 

So a long story short,  this was an ok season, cause it could bave been much worse. At least we're not the browns.
