talent level-fragile players

are the colts scouts and front office bad at picking good talent or  are they very good at picking bad talent and fragile players

I think they are mediocre. Add in that the coaching is mediocre too so they can't improve the talent we have to its full potential and thus you have a mediocre team.

There's definitely some unquantifiable stuff going on here to the naked eye.

 

Rarely do we have those hard head psycho type playere who cause collisions and beat up other teams and are counted on every sunday and must be accounted by the other team as well.

 

Not trying to be to negative on anyone who plays in the nfl, you're obviously tough.

 

But we have only had a few true warrior (hard nosed) physical type players for a while now.

 

Imo our guys would definitely be considered a softer team I'd bet if they had a private nfl players poll.
